Thank you for coming to my website. We have all felt down at some point or another. No one is exempt from this feeling, not even a therapist. This is why I have chosen to devote my practice to helping people reclaim their strength, through providing counseling services. My practice builds on more than 15 years working with diverse populations to improve their circumstances. I started my career out helping unemployed people return to the workforce in Nashville, TN. I've helped women with substance abuse issues return to communities from prison. I went on to help pregnant and postpartum women overcome depression and substance abuse issues. I've held multiple clinical positions throughout my career working with youth and adults. My experience also includes facilitating individual counseling, group counseling, program development and leading clinical teams.
