Compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for women in every season of life
Therapy is a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating motherhood, or moving through a major life transition, support is available.

I work with women navigating:
-
Trauma and PTSD
-
Anxiety and depression
-
Stress, overwhelm, and burnout
-
Life transitions and identity shifts
-
Divorce and relationship changes
-
Grief and emotional adjustment
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can slow down, feel supported, and focus fully on your own healing and growth. It’s a collaborative process where we explore what you’re experiencing, what’s been feeling heavy or overwhelming, and what you hope to change in your life.
In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Therapy is a place to sort through your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
Individual therapy can help you build insight, develop coping tools, and reconnect with your sense of self so you can move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps you process distressing or traumatic experiences that feel “stuck” or overwhelming.
Rather than requiring you to go into every detail, EMDR helps your brain reprocess these memories so they feel less intense and less disruptive in your daily life. The goal is not to erase what happened, but to help it feel more distant and manageable so you can move forward with greater ease and clarity.
Throughout the process, we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
EMDR can help with:
-
Trauma and PTSD
-
Birth trauma and difficult delivery experiences
-
Postpartum anxiety and distressing postpartum experiences
-
Childhood emotional or relational trauma
-
Anxiety and panic responses
-
Depression linked to past experiences
-
Grief and loss
-
Medical trauma
-
Car accidents or other distressing events
-
Emotional triggers that feel “stuck” or overwhelmingNegative self-beliefs (“I’m not enough,” “I’m not safe,” “I’m too much”)

Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for LMSW/LCSW candidates in Tennessee and Alabama who are working toward independent licensure and professional growth.
Supervision is a supportive and collaborative space where we focus on building clinical confidence, strengthening ethical decision-making, and deepening your therapeutic skills. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, with an emphasis on helping you develop your own clinical voice while staying aligned with best practices and professional standards.
Together, we’ll explore your cases, process challenges in the clinical setting, and support your growth as a thoughtful, competent, and grounded clinician. My goal is to help you feel supported not only in meeting licensure requirements, but in becoming the kind of therapist you feel proud to be.
Telehealth Therapy
Telehealth therapy offers a convenient and secure way to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space. Virtual sessions are conducted through a confidential, HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to receive support wherever you are in Alabama, Tennessee, or Florida.
Many clients find telehealth helpful for maintaining consistency in therapy while balancing busy schedules, childcare, or limited access to in-person services. The quality of care remains the same as in-person sessions, with a focus on creating a safe, connected, and supportive therapeutic space.

Whether you’re at home, in your office, or another private setting, telehealth allows you to prioritize your mental health in a way that fits your life.
